Privacy Policy
The Parramatta Leagues Club Group (“the Club”) is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 and the Amendments to the Act in 2000 known as the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. The Club is committed to privacy and the protection of member, visitor and staff information.
The personal information provided by you on a membership application and/or renewal form will be used to process your membership or renewal application. Failure to provide all of the requested information may result in your application being rejected. You have a right to access and correct any of your personal information that the Club holds about you.
The Club does not usually disclose your personal information to any other organisation or person unless there is a legal requirement to do so. The Club may disclose personal information to relevant authorities if it reasonably believes that there is a threat to an individual's life, health or safety, or public health or safety. If the Club has reason to suspect that an unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in, personal information may be used or disclosed as a necessary part of any investigation and reporting to relevant persons or authorities.
The Club may disclose personal information to third parties that provide services under contract to the Club. These contracts require the third party to keep your personal information confidential and secure.
Any personal information provided by you to the Club, including information collected as a result of a membership card being placed in a gaming machine or other club machine that is linked to the Club’s member loyalty program (not ATMs) that may provide a benefit or service to you, will be protected.
Your personal information, including information about you obtained as a result of you placing your membership card in an electronic card reading device (gaming machine or other club machine - not ATMs), may be used by the Club for marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with the latest information about these services and any new related services and promotions.
You have a right to access any personal information that the Club may hold about you, including a right of correction of your information. The Club will not generally charge a fee to access your personal information.
If you do not wish to receive information about services and promotions the Club, on request, will remove your details from mailing lists.

Dress Regulations
Members and their guests are asked to present themselves in a neat and tidy manner at all times.
The following dress is not accepted at any time:
- Singlets
- Caps, beanies, bandanas
- Brief shorts that may be considered offensive
- Camouflage clothing
- Immodest clothing
- Clothing with obscene or political messages
- Torn or dirty clothing or footwear
- Bare feet
The following dress is not acceptable after 7:30pm:
- All of the above
- Thongs (sandals with a back strap are permitted)
- Boardshorts
- Football jerseys or football shirts with numbers on the reverse (other than following a Parramatta Eels home game)
- Fleecy tracksuit pants
- Men are required to wear enclosed footwear with long trousers or ¾ length pants with socks or dress shorts with socks.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or ask them to leave the Club at any time. |
