From Uruguay to Mexico, Pablo’s Cantina y Cerveza defines the Latin American dining experience.
At the centre the of Pablo’s cuisine is the Argentinean style Parilla grill, offering a unique style of cooking that originated with the Gaucho’s of Southern Brazil and Argentina. Meats are slowly cooked over natural wood charcoal on rotating skewers resulting in flavoursome, succulent and tender cuts.
Complementing the authentic Latin American décor of Pablo’s is Jacks Brewery. Be sure to try some of the beer that is brewed on site in the house that one Jack built and the other made.
