Tonight’s EGM did not take place. Under 7.1 Part A of the Constitution, the conveners of the meeting required 100 voting members of the club to be present for a quorum and for the meeting to proceed. By 7.15pm there were insufficient voting members present and as such the EGM was dissolved by operation of the constitution, and no resolutions were passed.

All existing directors will continue to serve the Club and it’s members.

The votes as at close of Ballot 5pm Monday 18th November, counted by the Club’s Returning Officer Computershare, are detailed below.
