Head Cellarman

Location: Parramatta Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Head Cellarman in a fulltime role reporting to the Food & Beverage (F&B) team, you will be responsible for the club’s stock as well as the maintenance of the Clubs’ cellar.

In 2017, work began on our $130 million dollar redevelopment which will see Parramatta Leagues Club become the premier destination for sport, entertainment and dining in Western Sydney.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Maintaining the cellar and all service outlets
  • Requisitions and restocking of service outlets
  • Stock control and stocktaking (on a monthly basis)
  • Data entry
  • Receiving and dispatching of deliveries
  • Changing kegs
  • Keg coupler, beer tap maintenance and beer line cleaning
  • General maintenance and cleaning

Required competencies

  • Safe Food Handling Certificate – essential
  • Drivers Licence – essential
  • Forklift Licence – essential
  • RSA and RCG qualified – essential
  • Strong people and team building skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and monitor staff
  • Confident interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Flexible availability – covering a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, weekends, and public holidays

Desirable competencies

  • Driven personality
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar role

Security Officer

Customer Service Attendant - Gaming

Location: Parramatta, Dundas Valley Job Type: Casual

Reporting to the Gaming Manager, you will strive to provide fantastic and high quality customer experiences for our members and guests, right from the moment they arrive at either of our Clubs.

In 2017, work began on our $130 million dollar redevelopment which will see Parramatta Leagues Club become the premier destination for sport, entertainment and dining in Western Sydney.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting and delivering excellent customer service
  • Writing payout dockets for Gaming patrons
  • Fixing gaming machine faults
  • Preparation of beverages
  • Housekeeping to ensure the gaming floor is clean and immaculately presented (this could include smoking areas)
  • Comply with the Club’s operating procedures

Parramatta Leagues Club is currently looking for energetic and passionate Customer Service Attendants to provide fantastic and high quality customer service to the 40,000 members and patrons who visit our venue in the heart of Western Sydney. Parramatta Leagues, Home of the Eels NRL Team, is in an unprecedented and historic phase of development and growth. With the new Western Sydney Stadium under construction and our own major $130M development nearing Phase 1 completion, we are about to launch our major new venue offerings including: 3 restaurants, Bar Café, Brewery and Bowling Arcade – with a top class Hotel, Conference & Leisure Centre in plan for Phase 2.

Parramatta Leagues Club is currently seeking energetic team players, who strive to provide excellence in service, to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Food preparation assistance
  • Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floors
  • Operating commercial dishwashers
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by our Chefs and Management
  • Ensuring to follow all health and safety procedures when completing tasks
