The Bistro

SLOW COOKED BEEF CHEEKS

Slow-cooked until tender and packed with flavour. This dish comes with a creamy Moroccan-style cauliflower mash, crispy fried onions, mojo verde, charred broccolini, almonds, and a rich red wine jus. It’s a full, comforting plate with a bit of everything.
