Thank you to all Members who attended the 64th Annual General Meeting held on Sunday March 27 at Jacks Bar & Grill. It was a great opportunity to speak to our Members as well as hear from our President Greg Monaghan and PNRL CEO Jim Sarantinos about the exciting future of our Clubs.

Congratulations to Mark Jenkins and Phil Sim on their re-election to the Board of Directors.

I’d also like to congratulate Dr Michael Johnson on becoming a Life Elected Member for his outstanding contribution to the Club.

The nomination is made be Denis Fitzgerald (Elected Life Member #23) and seconded by Greg Monaghan (Perpetual Member #95033).
Votes cast ‘FOR’ the motion     1,040    90.20%
THE RESOLUTION WAS CARRIED AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION

FIRST ORDINARY RESOLUTION:
Expenses by the Board for specified uses not exceeding $150,000.

SECOND ORDINARY RESOLUTION:
Expenditure by the Club in a sum not exceeding $150,000 for the professional development and education of Directors.

Directors’ honoraria unchanged in a sum not exceeding $150,000.
