I have been privileged to serve as a Director of Parramatta Leagues Club for six years. As Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk Committee and Property Control Group, I have strengthened governance, driven growth, enhanced the Parra Group’s financial position and supported planning for the Parramatta Live precinct – a modern clubhouse and sports, entertainment and lifestyle destination for our community.

Professionally, I bring over 30 years of senior executive experience, currently serving as Interim CEO, Roadside at NRMA, and previously holding senior roles at Foxtel, Optus and Telstra. I am also a Director of the Fair Fight Foundation, supporting children and families facing long-term illness. My background includes leading transformation, boosting financial performance and delivering infrastructure projects. A proud Parra Leagues member for over 30 years and lifelong Eels supporter, I seek your support to continue shaping a strong, inclusive and inspiring future for members.

Ronghui (Donna) Wang

I am nominating for the position of Director of Parramatta Leagues Club to support strong governance, strategic oversight, and the Club’s long-term success.

As a full-time working mother of two, President of a charitable organisation, and former City Councillor for the North Rocks Ward of Parramatta, I bring experience in board governance, accountability, and representing diverse community interests.

My professional and educational background in aged care and community service provides insight into delivering services that are inclusive, well managed, and responsive to community needs. I am committed to prudent financial management, transparent decision-making, and strategic planning.

If elected, I will work collaboratively with fellow Directors and management to ensure the Club continues to thrive, serve its members, and make a meaningful community impact.

I was privileged to be appointed as a Director of Parramatta Leagues Club in 2025 and would be honored to receive your vote to continue to serve our members.

I have held a range of Board positions across sectors including property development, community, health, construction, entertainment and sport. I have deep experience in large scale property development having been the Head of Stockland’s property development business during my time there.

I am deeply committed to the Club’s purpose and am a strong advocate for community support. My deep property development and Board experience will be helpful to the Group as we deliver our new Club facilities over the next few years whilst maintaining our strong focus on governance to ensure we can continue delivering for members.

I hold Bachelors degrees in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and Psychology (Hons), which bring both commercial acumen and a human centered approach.

For nearly six years, I have served as one of your directors on the Parramatta Leagues Club Limited board. Since you last re-elected me in 2023, the management and Board team have:

• upgraded the Legends Lounge;
• renovated the Dural and Vikings Clubs;
• delivered Eels Lane; and
• grown member funds by 84%.

The next three years is even more exciting. We will construct and move into a new clubhouse at Parramatta as part of Parra Live – a vibrant sports, eating and leisure precinct.

During my executive career, I have led businesses to ensure quality outcomes for members and customers. As a current Parra Group Director, I Chair the Risk and Compliance Committee and serve on the Audit Committee.

Your vote for me to continue serving you, will help deliver the next era for our Group.

Anthony Ange

I am nominating for Director of Parramatta Leagues Club Ltd to contribute strong leadership, responsible governance, and a member-focused approach. As a qualified lawyer, I bring experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and decision-making with integrity and accountability. As a small business owner, I understand financial discipline, growth, and operational management. My volunteer service with the NSW SES reflects commitment, teamwork, and community values. I also have a lifelong connection to the Club as a former Parramatta Eels ball boy.

If elected, I will prioritise financial sustainability, transparent governance, enhanced member experience, and continued support for our community and the Parramatta Eels. I would be honoured to serve and act in the best interests of our members at all times.

I am a former player who has remained deeply connected to the Parramatta community through my directorships with the Blue & Gold Alliance, BGA Charity, and ConneCTErs Australia. For more than 20 years, my professional life has centred on building strong, respectful, high performing organisations, but my heart has always stayed with the Club that shaped me. Parramatta is more than a team — it is a family, a history and a legacy carried by generations of players, members and supporters. Yet today, there are no former players on the Board. Our lived experience, our understanding of the jersey and our connection to the Club’s heritage deserve a voice at the table. I bring commercial capability, governance experience and a lifelong commitment to the Blue & Gold. With your support, I will work to protect our history, strengthen our culture and ensure a proud future for all members.

Levent Emirali

Growing up in the Parramatta district during the 1970s, I developed a deep connection to the community. My father operated a service station on Victoria Road, and through his work, I gained an appreciation for the people and spirit of this area. I am passionate about ensuring Parramatta remains a thriving, family-friendly community.

I hold degrees in Applied Science (Chemistry) and Law and have extensive experience managing a manufacturing company in Wetherill Park. Currently, as principal of Emirali & Co Solicitors, I continue to serve the community with dedication. My combined expertise in business operations and legal practice would be an invaluable asset to the board of the Parramatta Leagues Club.

It would be an honour to contribute to the club’s success and enhance its offerings for families and the broader community. I am committed to serving the people of Parramatta with passion and integrity.

What’s needed at parra leagues?

More focus on teamwork, empowering cultural change and need assistance in financial direction and advice.

My proven track record in Teamwork, cultural change, board governance, risk management, and financial sustainability, within the last 25+ years, will enable me to make meaningful contributions to Parra leagues club.

My proven record in leading large-scale business, embracing teamwork, with major institutions such as, Stockland, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, Goodman Fielder, and American Express.

My focus is to ensure we establish clear visions and consistency towards the parra leagues values, ensuring every department works in unison to create a unified and high achieving environment.

My commitment to the principles of teamwork and community engagement will enrich Parra leagues standing throughout the sporting community, I believe this club can serve as a beacon for inclusiveness, fostering a sense of belonging for all fans.
