We invite you and your team to our Movember event on Monday 2 December from 6:00pm. Brace yourselves as our team marks the end of the MO season.
We will be hosting a panel led by the insightful Founder and Executive Director of Be Unstoppable Dee Raquel Joma, Director and Certified Counsellor Program Facilitator of Be Unstoppable Trainer Simone De Mario Henry, President of Parramatta Men’s Shed Reg Grove, NSW State Manager of Top Blokes Foundation Daniel Allars along with Parramatta Eels Elite Athlete Shaun Lane, who will dive into men’s mental health.

Panel Biographies
Founder and Executive Director Dee Raquel Joma – Be Unstoppable Foundation
After personal tragedies and professional setbacks, Dee turned to coaching in New York. With over 24 years in corporate marketing, she coached executives and teams on leadership, communication, and goal-setting. Through self-healing, she rediscovered her passion for helping others achieve personal and professional growth.
Director and Certified Counsellor Program Facilitator Trainer Simone De Mario Henry – Be Unstoppable Foundation
Elite Athlete Shaun Lane – NRL Parramatta Eels
Shaun, an NRL player with over 180 games across 10 seasons, has gained valuable insights into leadership, teamwork, and wellbeing. After studying Health Sciences and Psychology, he now focuses on helping others improve their mental health and performance. His 2024 documentary, Out of My Lane, highlights his journey.
NSW State Manager Daniel Allars – Top Blokes Foundation
Daniel Allars has been working in the Community Services sector for over 10 years with experience managing community centers to overseeing the running of programs in schools and other community spaces. The work he is currently doing with the Top Blokes Foundation is towards improving Young Men’s Mental health through holistic and evidence based programs.
President Reg Grove – Parramatta District Men’s Shed
Parramatta District Men’s Shed mission is to improve men’s health and well-being in Parramatta. Parramatta District Men’s Shed Inc (PDMSInc) is a non-profit Charity organisation and recently gained DGR status, was setup as part of the Men’s Shed movement – a movement to gain awareness of men’s health issues, and to provide a place for men to meet with other men. The Parramatta District shed provides a place for men (any age from 18 +) to meet, and a place for men without a shed to tinker with tools with our vast array of gardening, metal and wood-working tools and machinery.
