We would like to inform you of a planned transition in leadership at Parra Leagues. As part of our ongoing succession planning and commitment to a stable, effective, and future-focused Board, Greg Monaghan has stepped down as President, and Mark Jenkins has been appointed to the role.

This transition reflects the strong governance and foresight of the Board, ensuring continuity as we move into an exciting new chapter for our Club and our valued Members.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Greg Monaghan, who has served with immense dedication through some of the most challenging times in our history — including the COVID-19 pandemic. Greg’s steady leadership has helped position the Club for growth and long-term success. We are pleased to confirm that Greg will remain on the Board, continuing to provide valued insight and guidance.

Incoming President Mark Jenkins brings deep experience and a shared commitment to our Members and our community. Mark has served on the Board of Parra Leagues since 2019 and was a Board Member of the Parramatta National Rugby League Club (PNRL) from 2019 to 2024. He has also Chaired the Property Control Group Committee and has worked closely with Greg over the past 12 months as Deputy Chair.

Our shared purpose remains unchanged — to support our Members, deliver world-class hospitality and entertainment, and back the future of the Parramatta Eels. We will continue to focus on the Club’s redevelopment and delivering a new clubhouse that reflects our proud heritage and bold future.

We remain deeply connected to PNRL and look forward to working closely with Chair Matthew Beach and the team to support the continued success of the Eels.
