Preliminary Notice of Annual General Meeting

& Nomination of Directors

This is a preliminary notice informing members that the 68th Annual General Meeting of
Parramatta Leagues’ Club Ltd ACN 000 218 655 (Club) is currently scheduled to be held on
Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at 7pm.

A formal Notice of Annual General Meeting will be provided in due course, in accordance with the
Club’s Constitution and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Under the Club’s Constitution, three existing Directors must retire at this forthcoming Annual
General Meeting and three persons may be elected as Directors.

In accordance with the election cycle, Directors Darren Adam, Stephen Bull and Richard Foda, will
retire at the Meeting. All are eligible for re-election and may stand again as nominees for the
Board.

If you would like to nominate a person for election as a Director, the duly completed nomination
form must be received either by email addressed to: [email protected];
or by post to the Club’s registered office marked ‘Director Nomination’, Parramatta Leagues Club,
Eels Place, Parramatta 2150 (PO Box 2428, North Parramatta NSW 1750).

Nominations must be received by no later than 5:00pm, Monday 12 January 2026.

To be eligible for election, nominees must comply with all requirements of the Directors
Handbook.
