Peter Wynn Nominated for Patron of Parramatta Leagues Club
30 January 2025: Parramatta Leagues Club is delighted to announce that Peter Wynn, a true icon of Parramatta, has been nominated to become the Patron of our Club. This nomination will be presented for Member approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Peter Wynn’s legacy as a Premiership-winning Parramatta Eels player, successful local businessman, and dedicated advocate for our Club makes him an exceptional choice for this role.
A Life Member of the Eels, as well as a Perpetual Member of Parramatta Leagues, Peter has consistently championed our Club and community with unwavering passion and commitment. Through his contributions on and off the field, Peter has demonstrated a lifelong dedication to promoting the Parramatta Eels and supporting the people of Western Sydney.

Patrons of Parramatta Leagues Club are appointed through a member voting process, after being recommended by the Board of Directors underscoring the significance of this role and its connection to the Club’s proud Member base. Club legends Alan Overton and Don Ritchie were the last two patrons of the Club elected by the Members highlighting the significance of the position.
